Embracing Impermanence: Finding Ease in your Yoga & Meditation Practice. The Buddha says that everything is of the nature of impermancence: we hold a pose in yoga, and then fall out of it, we sit in meditation and our mind jumps from thought to thought. This ever-changing nature of reality is the human experience: we experience loss and love, life and death, sickness and health and on and on. Until we can begin to find some ease and acceptance with this reality, we will suffer.
Join Karin Rossi and Kevin Genjo LeBlanc for their annual Autumn Retreat in the breathtaking backdrop of the Pocono Hills. Move through various gentle yoga styles and daily Zen meditation. Walking meditation, optional hikes, a tour of MOKA ORIGINS, Â and a Saturday evening bonfire have become hi-lights of this annual event. Relax with a rich Chai or browse the gift shop while creating connections and community.Â
