About the event

This weekly fall workshop will teach you the power of pure movements and how they relate to the mechanics of your personal running practice. Throw out all your preconceived ideas of what you think a "runner" should look like, act like as well as how one preps for a run. Explore movements unique to your own needs as preparation for movement. Meet like-minded folks who are also curious as to whether or not running is something they want to add to their lives. We will meet in the studio for movement and conversation and then head outdoors. Wear comfortable clothing and (any kind) sneakers. SCHEDULE: Mondays 6:30am - 7:15am meditation, stretch, run.  Saturdays 7am - 8:15am mechanics, mobility, run.  Look for additional details in your email and social media.  Cancel 2 weeks before for a full refund. Space limited to 8 people (minimum of 4 participants needed).
