*program includes approximately 45 minutes of fun but gentle yoga mixed in with multiple times for dancing, basic steps, crazy flights of fancy

I will provide  (somewhat) intelligently sequenced yoga peppered with my notoriously embarrassing dance moves; a site to see for sure!
