In this beginner's series you will learn about your unique female body and how to enhance and maintain your health through exercise, embodiment techniques and breathwork - ultimately allowing you to live a more energetic, joyous life! The Yoga for Women’s health series is taught by Klara Melli, MPT, a physical therapist, yoga teacher and shiatsu practitioner, who combines ancient body-mind-spirit techniques with modern science in a playful way to foster the most beneficial well-being solutions for her clients.
