Service Description

Treat yourself to a nourishing midweek, shortened class designed to bring balance back into your week. This fun, creative and mindfully planned class will recharge your body and calm your nervous system with a focus on healthy spine and joint function, core coordination and whole body and mind resilience. Participants receive the added benefit of taking class with a yoga teacher who is also a Physical Therapist, Shiatsu practitioner, and Reiki Master.
