Service Description

In the west we primarily associate "going to yoga" as the physical activity of a yoga class (asana). We tend to overlook the key components of YOGA: yamas and niyamas (ethics for right living) , pranayama (breathwork), pratyahara (mindfulness), dharana (concentration) dhyana (meditation) and samadhi (bliss). This class incorporates these components.
